There are many sweater videos on my channel Search sweater knitting by clydknits & this is new tutorial working on it will upload soon
Last time I took the exact cast on stitches like yours as I'm knitting for the first time and I don't know how to divide the stitches equally for the cable design but it turned out to be a bit tight. So if I want to make it 1 and half finger loose then how much stitches to cast on ... Now the Biggest problem is how to divide the stitches for twisting pattern.. 😞😞
Should I take 120 or 128 stitches? I guess 128 stitches would be quite loose, wouldn't it? Will an increase of 8 stitches be equal to 1 inch? As last time it was a bit uncomfortable to wear.

If we do a headband in moss stitch will it be stretchy? Also what are the different sizes or average no. Of stitches to cast on for different age groups?
Yes it can be stretchy if yarn is soft N grip too Also u need to make guage for that Search how many stitches for any size by clydknits
Mam one doubt. One side shoulder strap you said purl 1 knit one for 10 stitches. Other strap its k1p1.
